Liner Replacement Includes:

Removal of the old liner

Installation of the new liner

Installation of the existing skimmer and return

Customer will need to do the following prior to liner installation:

*All customers need 2 new gaskets for their skimmer, 2 new gaskets for their return, and if they have a main drain 2 new gaskets for it.

* If there is a main drain in the pool, add $20 to the price.

* Customer is to provide the liner for the pool.

* If there is vermiculite (pool base) under the existing liner, we suggest customer to purchase at least ½ the regular amount needed for a new pool.

* All the hardware on top rails and underneath top rails must be sprayed with WD-40 or Liquid Wrench a few days before the installers arrive to alleviate any problems with rusted hardware.

* If the hardware (screw, bolts etc.) is rusted and must be drilled out and new hardware put in, there will be an additional charge. Minimum additional charge is $50.

* Customer is to drain pool if any water is left in the pool customer is to poke holes with a shovel to allow the water to drain (applies to a sand base).

* Pool must be completely empty and dry the day of appointment, otherwise there will be a $50 charge and customer will need to be rescheduled.

* Installers will take out the existing liner, but will not haul it away.

* If the pool is more than 2 years old, new coping is required and must be supplied by the customer.

* If there is a wood deck next to the pool, installers will need at least 8 inches clearance to get to the top ledges. If deck planks cover the ledges, they must be removed prior to the liner installation date. Installers do not carry liners or replacement parts.

* Installers must be provided with a garden hose that will reach the pool and a source of electric at the time of installation.
