Above Ground Pool Professionals will accept return on any item (except custom or special order) in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund less any shipping and handling charges and a 25% restocking fee.  All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  If you have a return, please contact Customer Service for the RMA# and return instructions.  Any returns shipped without RMA numbers will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back unwanted items.  All returned items must be in their complete, intact, original packaging.  Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it is in new, resalable condition.  This includes the condition of the original packaging as we cannot resell any items with damaged packaging.  Upon approval, a refund will be issued via the payment method originally used to place the order.  Please note that the refund amount will be for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 25% restocking fee.  Custom and special orders may not be returned.

Any freight damaged product must be reported to Above Ground Pool Professionals within 7 days of receiving your shipment.  If freight damage is reported after 7 days of receiving your shipment, Above Ground Pool Professionals will be unable to issue a credit or exchange of merchandise.  Please open and inspect your packages upon receipt.  If freight damage is apparent, you must open the packaging in the presence of the carrier to examine the product.  If you find that the product is damaged, this is the time at which you can refuse your shipment.  Please note that Above Ground Pool Professionals will replace the damaged item once the freight claim has been awarded by the freight carrier.  In some cases this may take as long as 30 - 60 days.

If your product is not functioning properly, please call the manufacturer of your product as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase).  In most instances, the manufacturer can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems.

 

WARRANTY

No Warranty is implied by Above Ground Pool Professionals. All warranties are handled through the manufacturer. At No time is Above Ground Pool Professionals responsible for covering any warranty claims on products they sell.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All cancelled orders prior to shipment will incur a 25% cancellation charge. International Orders will incur a cancellation charge of 30%. There is a tremendous amount of logistics going into the packaging and preparing a pool for shipping which is the cause for this high cancellation rate. Please be sure of your purchase.  All cancellations must receive a voice authorization. Orders cannot be canceled by e-mail or voice-mail

FINAL NOTE
Refusal of Shipment after sale will be subject to inbound and outbound freight charges to your credit card.

 

**FREE INSTALLATION for Florida residents.

**Free Installation

For Florida home owners who have purchased any size Atlantis above ground pool from this website. Customer is responsible for obtaining permits if required in there city and locating utility lines and making sure that they do not run directly under or within 10 feet overhead from the pool. Customer must show the original sales receipt prior to installation. Installation includes the pool frame assembly on flat level ground consisting of sand which is free from any grass, rocks, roots or debris and liner installation. There will be an additional charge for grass, root ,rock and debris removal, leveling of pool site if off level more than 1 inch, filter assembly, sand and handling (if needed), patio blocks and installation (if ground is not firm), travel to job site to cover gas expense and herbicide application if needed. The installation appointment must be scheduled no later than 7 days of receiving the pool or you will forfeit your right to a free installation. If you must cancel or re-schedule an installation appointment for whatever reason, We require 3 days notice prior to your installation date and you must obtain a cancellation/re-schedule confirmation #. If when we arrive to install your pool no one is home, you will be charged for that visit and will need to re-schedule your appointment. Any additional fees will require payment of cash, certified check, or money orders only.

Additional Labor Prices

Leveling- $25 per inch (from high to low) for pools sizes up to 18', $30 per inch for sizes up to 24' and $35 per inch for 25' or more.
Filter Assembly- $75
Grass, Root, Rock, or Debris removal- minimum $50
Patio Block Installation- $5 each
Sand Handling- $30 per yard (If next to pool site)
Travel- $0.60 cents per mile

In order to avoid any additional charges, make sure the pool will fit in the location that you have chosen, Remove all grass and debris from the pool site, level site to within 1 inch, apply an herbicide to prevent vegetation from growing, If ground is not sand and/or has rocks in it put down a 2" base of sand (which is free from any rocks or debris) on top and level to within 1".
